CONSTRUCTION FINANCING FOR LRWP MEMBER BUILDERS

Lux Residential Warranty Program Inc. is pleased to announce the creation of its Commercial Loans division, whose primary role is to qualify and fund our Member Builders' property developments. Whether you are a spec–home builder or a multi–unit condominium builder, LRWP's Construction Financing Program is available to all our Member Builders who are in good standing.

The Program
LRWP Member Builders should contact us either by email or phone to apply. As construction financing is a specialized field, LRWP has assigned each province an expert consultant. He/she will work with you from the very beginning until the funding day, making the process smooth and seamless.

Program Highlights
Types of Projects: Spec homes and condominium developments, but all property development types will be considered.
Loan to Cost: Up to 90% of the project can be financed, in certain cases up to 100% of the project can be financed.
Land Value: Up to 50% .
Loans Available: To LRWP Member Builders.
Loan Amounts: $400,000 to $5,000,000 (Mulitple Spec Homes).
New Home Warranty: LRWP New Home Warranty must be placed on all homes and condo units.
